Chief Tobe Green has asked the team to investigate reports of paranormal activity that has gone on for years. Construction began in 1889 and by 1890 the top floor was used as the municipal court. In 1890, Officer Robert L. Massey was shot and killed here while trying to arrest a man who was found guilty for a minor offense. Unexplained activity has been reported ever since.
